Current training situation
The gym is open for indoor training, we will monitor the group sizes and split to smaller ones if necessary. Training will be no-contact for the time being, we should hold a distance of about 1.5 to 2 meters from other trainees. Use of masks is voluntary.

In sickness
If you or a family member feels sick (common cold, fever, coughing, headaches), please stay home. Let’s make sure to not spread any possible deceases forward.
